YOUnique SCRUBS are fully guaranteed.
We will accept our items for refund if they are returned to us in an unworn, unwashed and unaltered state within 21 days of our shipping date. Since all of our items are produced to our customers' exact specifications and are all custom-made individually, all returns for which a refund is requested will be assessed a 40% restocking fee, and no exchanges are possible. Of course, any returns for flaws in materials or manufacture will be cheerfully refunded at full cost, repaired and returned at no cost, or replaced, at our discretion.

There are a few exceptions to the above return policy
Orders with 12 pieces or more are not subject to refund and will be accepted for replacement due to error in manufacture or flaw in materials only. Returns of any part of orders of 12 pieces or more will not be accepted due to size errors or a change of mind over fabrics ordered, so please be certain of sizes ordered. A fabric swatch may be requested prior to order when it is anticipated that 12 or more pieces will be ordered.
Holiday scrubs will not be accepted for refund or replacement for any reason less than 7 days prior to the holiday nor after the holiday.
For health reasons our YOUnique SCRUBS Surgical Caps and Bouffant Surgical Caps will not be accepted for exchange or refund due to the sanitary nature of these products.
Items which have been altered by the customer or byYOUnique SCRUBS at the customer's request, will not be accepted for return or refund.
Items which have included special requests at the time of order, beyond the options available on our order page, will not be accepted for return or refund.
Items returned to us for a refund, without prior permission, after 21 days of shipment to the customer, or which have been laundered, may be donated to a local charity with no refund issued to the customer.
We will not accept "return to sender" returns and shipping and handling is nonrefundable.
We will give you return instructions by email. Please plan to include your packing list (which includes your name, address and order number) with the return. Shipping & handling charges or rush fees are not refunded.
